Here is our Christmas Eve party this year. Were actually missing alot of family, but we still had enough for a party. We all decorated Gingerbread houses in Grandpa Ferrins tradition. Uncle Dewayne read the Christmas story out of the Bible and we sang Christmas Carroll's while Tallen played the guitar. For the first year ever we gave up the cooking and cooked frozen lasagna. I think that was a great idea.

It snowed a little on Christmas day making the drive to Poky a little long but we drove Craigs 4 wheel drive and kept Lad and Krystal on the phone as we crossed the top of the Malad Pass. Lad lives on top of the pass and has two snowmobiles and a tractor so we knew he could rescue us. We were pushing snow with the front bumper in the middle of the freeway growing about 20mph with the 4 wheel drive on. The freeways were closed for awhile but we were already on it and they didn't makes us get off. I took a couple of hours but we made it to Pocatello for the annual gift exchange and dinner.

We saw a county snow plow stuck between the North and South bound lane at the crest of the summit on Christmas afternoon. The truck was buried above the windows. This isn't it I found this pic on the Internet and it doesn't do the story justice but it shows the size of the truck.

We canoed across Jenny's Lake. Craig, Danny and Matt in one canoe and Chris Dale and I in the other. When we reached the other side of the lake we hiked up to Hidden Falls. The boys all said they would rather do that again then to go to Lagoon or Knott's Berry Farm.

We took a great family vacation in September to Jackson Hole and Driggs Id. We forgot the camera so these are shots from my phone. Chris loved the huge moose we saw

Dale and Danny loved the fact that they caught the moose taking a dump.

I Had to pay Chris $20 to be the ring bearer for Sabrinas wedding Then it turns out he enjoyed it. I was still out th $20. To make matters worse he bought a skateboard with the money. I definately was not paying for his skill level because he lost the grooms ring and walked down the isle with only one ring. The ceremony was put on hold for a couple of minutes but it seemed like an eternity while we looked for the ring. The photographers husband found it in the grass below the rock Chris had been sitting on while waiting for his turn.

FOUR DAYS, FOUR BOYS, FOUR HUNDRED MILES, A DOZEN GAMES

ONE HAPPY MAMA!

Bear Lake Baseball Tournament 2008
There is Matthew hes out with Danny and Kalob
and Craig was worried I would lose him.

Danny put his own sunscreen on, can you see where?

This one is so Angie can copy it onto her computer. Cute Picture HuH!

Danny and Dale love these cars but what they really wanted was ice cream. It was a very hot Saturday and they could see Artic Circle across the street so that is where we ended up.
Craig and Christopher were at a nice resturant because

Chris won a Ten Dollar gift certificate at a raffle.

Craig took him and let him buy what ever he wanted he got a Strawberry shake that was about a quart of ice cream a mountain of tater tots and a huge fish sandwich. Chris thought that was the coolest thing ever.

SODA SPRINGS TOURNAMENT
Dales team won the "chumpianship" as dad so lovingly calls winning the lower bracket.
Dannys team won several games but lost the tournament. However Danny fouled a ball on to my van. Braxton fouled a ball onto Betties car. The boys thought it was cool the rest of us did not.

CHRIS CAUGHT THE BIG ONE!
Bettie and Lance wanted to go fishing and camping. It was cold cold cold at night. The fishing was great we caught about 20 fish. We only ate one. When I say we I mean them.

Chris tries to take out the guy in The Tank.

Dave and Jamie and the girls came down for the famous Malad Fourth of July. The parade was fun but the hypnotist in the park was funny. Some lady that was Hypnotized picked Jamie out of the crowd and decided that Jamie Lynn was Brittany Spears. Jamie even signed her autograph on the lady's hand.

We lit fireworks until midnight. Best of all we started grilling cheap hotdogs about 10:30 and put then on white bread because there wasn't a hotdog bun in the whole city. Corey and Angie Ilher hung out until midnight. Craig's parents and Krystal gave up after the city fireworks ended. It was very laid back and enjoyable. If you call lighting thousands of black jacks and rockets laid back.

Better quality movie

Matt was walking around with his guitar all day making up song after song. It was pretty cute then Danny started recording him.

This is about 4 mins but its pretty cute.

Sorry its bad quality I had to keep making the file size smaller.

Happy Day were here again.

Chris loves the Bat.

The boys love Lagoon.

I love Lagoon when Owen is

paying for the tickets and lunch.

Danny is looking more and more like a young man

instead of a young boy.

That is meant literally and not figuratively.
